Yanmingshan east ridge (including Qixingshan)

We will take Civil Bus 1 (市民小巴 ) that departs at 10:10 to the trailhead "Fenggueizui(風櫃嘴)". The next bus will be past 13:00 so we can't wait if you are late.

Be prepared for a lot of steps but also beautiful view with silver grass.
We will hike from there to Chingtiangang(擎天崗) then up to Qixingshan east and main peak(七星山東峰及主峰) and finally descend via Xiaoyoukung (小油坑). We can go explore the mysterious Qixing pond if our mood is right and the time permits.

I haven't done the first part of this hike but it shouldn't be hard to find the way! Welcome to explore together.

• Bring:

• 2L of water
• Lunch and snacks
• wear shoes with good grip (the steps may be slippery)

• Recommended (as the weather in the mountains changes fast)

• Hat
• Head torch
• Warm clothes
• Rain gear
