## Event Description: Hill Repeats Challenge – Brudarbacken
Looking to build your mountain legs and improve your hiking endurance? Join us for a solid hill session! We are meeting up to tackle Brudarbacken in Skatås. This workout is specifically tailored for hikers who want to get better at steep mountain inclines
Our ultimate target for the session is 37 laps, but everyone is welcome and you absolutely do not need to do all 37! Whether you want to join for 5, 10, the full 37 laps, or more, come out and do whatever fits your training goals and current fitness level.
***Bring: **Sturdy hiking shoes or trail runners with good grip, plenty of water, and snacks. Feel free to bring a loaded backpack or hiking poles if you want to replicate real trail conditions!
If you want it also okey to bring headphones and listen to pods or music.
** *Pace: **Everyone goes at their own pace. This is about building endurance, not racing.

We are not sure how long time it will take but we think i take 5 hours with breaks.
**37 Laps emulates Hike Gaustatoppen in Norway and a bit more :)
