Lions Head via Appalachian Trail + Black Rabbit Bar & Grill

4.5 miles \ 1200 ft. hell-evation gain \ moderately difficult \ out and back

Let's hike a not-too-hard trail with a brief, but manageable scramble that you can walk around if necessary (sissy). Since this might be the first hike of the season for some we'll take 'er easy on the way up and relax a bit at the precipice as we enjoy a fairly decent southerly panorama of a buch of treetops and a couple of lakes, which you'll ask me the names of, and I won't remember.

Afterward, we'll backtrack to the parking area (pee pee teepee onsite) and meet up again just 5 minutes away in Lakeville at Black Rabbit for some tasty grub and
