The plan
After parking the car, will head to Dog Mountain and then Mount Seymour peak for an awesome view of the city. Pack lunch & drinks as we'll take a break at the peak.

We might go a bit further depending on everyone's experience, energy level & remaining day light. Hiking speed will be quite relaxing (2-3km/hr) with lots of opportunities to take amazing photos.

Keep in mind, the plan is meant to be flexible depending on circumstances & we'll make the best of what mother nature has to offer. At the end of the day, the real goal is to come out and have a fun time socializing with other like minded individuals in a scenic outdoor environment.

Transportation
Round trip carpool transportation will be $15/person. You can meet the host at any of the below location & time. To reserve your carpool spot, e-transfer is required in advance (details below). After sending the payment, kindly contact the host via WhatsApp to confirm your prefer pickup location.

Rental gears (winter hiking)
All rental gears must be book in advance & price is for full day use.

E-transfer & registration
Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your reservation.

Refund & cancellation
If you cancel 7 days before the trip, the full amount will be refunded excluding any processing fee. After this period, all fees will be non refundable but it's possible to give your spot to a friend or family member. In the rare case we cancel the trip due to extreme weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.

General notice
Wear comfortable outdoor shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. Friendly dogs & kids are welcome to join with a supervised adult. If the event is more than 3hrs, you might want to consider bring some food and drink. If you wish to leave early, you may do so at anytime. There is a possibility this event could be rescheduled to the following week due to any unexpected situation / weather condition. However, the odds are low.
