The plan
Walk around the park and find a spot we like to enjoy a picnic below the cherry blossom trees. Everyone is expected to bring 1 shareable dish. If you have any dietary restrictions please mention below.

Transportation
Carpool transportation will be $5/person/direction if you need a ride along my route on the way over.
You can meet the host at any of the below location or suggest a location right beside the highway. To reserve your carpool spot, e-transfer is required in advance (details below). After sending the payment, kindly contact the host via WhatsApp to confirm your prefer pickup location.

Refund & cancellation
If you cancel 7 days before the trip, the full amount will be refunded excluding any processing fee. After this period, all fees will be non refundable but it's possible to give your spot to a friend or family member. In the rare case we cancel the trip due to extreme weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.

General notice
Friendly dogs & kids are welcome to join with a supervised adult. If the event is more than 3hrs, you might want to consider bring some food and drink. If you wish to leave early, you may do so at anytime. There is a possibility this event could be rescheduled to the following week due to any unexpected situation / weather condition. However, the odds are low.
