The plan
Enjoy the cherry blossom over a potluck picnic with like minded people. Everyone is expected to bring 1 shareable dish. If you have any dietary restrictions please mention below. We'll stay until catching the sunset but you may leave at anytime. Later in the afternoon, host will drop in next door to Steveston Fisherman's Wharf to get some fresh fish to take home. If you wish to stretch our legs a bit you're welcome on the walk or can wait by the cherry trees with others.

Transportation
Carpool transportation will be $5/person/direction if you need a ride along my route on the way over.
You can meet the host at any of the below location or suggest a location right beside the highway. To reserve your carpool spot, e-transfer is required in advance (details below). After sending the payment, kindly contact the host via WhatsApp to confirm your prefer pickup location.

- Will be driving over from Stanley park from 1pm and stop by the airport (2pm ish) to see the cherry blossom there before arrival at Garry point park.

Refund & cancellation
If you cancel 7 days before the trip, the full amount will be refunded excluding any processing fee. After this period, all fees will be non refundable but it's possible to give your spot to a friend or family member. In the rare case we cancel the trip due to extreme weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.

General notice
Friendly dogs & kids are welcome to join with a supervised adult. If the event is more than 3hrs, you might want to consider bring some food and drink. If you wish to leave early, you may do so at anytime. There is a possibility this event could be rescheduled to the following week due to any unexpected situation / weather condition. However, the odds are low.
