Chapter Meeting - Topic: Trail Crew Leads / Activity Leads Planning Meeting

Calling all activity leaders, trail crew leaders, and trail masters!
It is time to plan our fall activities and get ready for hiking season.

1. Trail masters - let's discuss trail sections and getting out and scouting our trails. There will be some specific things to look for, and requests. Also, this is a chance to ask questions, consider swapping or adjusting section lengths.
2. Trail crew leaders - let's start planning our fall trail work parties and getting them on the calendar.
3. Activity leaders - we will review expectations for planning/preparing/hosting/reporting on activities, requirements for first aid kits, etc. Also, we need to get our fall activities planned and posted to meetup. Please consider bringing your first aid kit(s) and verifying you have what you need in your kits.

We will follow these discussions with our monthly general business meeting, which is open to all.
