Morrow Mountain - Fall Mountain Trail

Let’s catch the last of leaf color on a slower paced hike by the Yadkin River at Morrow Mountain!

Fall mountain trail at Morrow Mountain state park is 4.1 miles with 534 elevation. The loop trail starts with a section following the Yadkin River and climbs to the summit of Fall Mountain and descends back to trail head/parking lot.

**Be prepared for lots of rocks, leaves and potentially a small stream crossing so please wear proper hiking shoes. This will be a slower paced hike.

There are restrooms at the trail head parking lot.

***We will meet in the field by the restrooms by the Boat House parking lot.

Also note: cell reception is spotty at trail head/parking lot.
