Daniel Stowe Forest & Cabin Trail Walk
Details
Join us for a peaceful Sunday morning nature and wellness walk at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden and surrounding trails in Belmont, NC.
We will meet at 10:00 AM near the main entrance of the botanical gardens before beginning a scenic walk through wooded lakeside trails and natural areas surrounding the property. Our planned route includes the Cabin Trail, Duke Kimbrell Trail area, and portions leading toward the Seven Oaks Trailhead before returning back.
This will be a relaxed social walk of approximately 5–6 miles round trip at a comfortable conversational pace. The route includes forest scenery, shaded paths, quiet natural stretches, lake views, and opportunities for mindfulness, conversation, and enjoying nature away from the noise of the city.
We’ll pause periodically for short breaks, hydration, conversation, and optional photos along the way.
This walk is intended for:
• stress relief

• and connecting with others in a calm and positive outdoor setting
Please bring:
• water
