What we’re about
This group was created to help people explore nature with curiosity, awareness and intention. Hikes will encourage connection with others while also allowing for solo time and mindfulness. Each hike will include creative movement including Yoga and Tai Chi. The hikes will also include teachable moments about the local ecology. No experience or yoga mat needed. We are now based in Sonoma County, but hikes will be hosted throughout the East Bay, North Bay and beyond!
We also offer longer trips to other beautiful sites in California. Join us if you want to meet other people into hiking, nature and yoga and like to take time to smell the flowers along the way. Open to all levels of fitness and yoga experience.

Peak Energy Hike and Flow
Bohemia Ecological Preserve, 6773 Bohemian Highway, Occidental , CA, USStep into the magic of Bohemia Ecological Preserve and challenge your body and recharge your spirit in this 3-hour outdoor experience blending hiking, and mindful movement. This preserve is closed to the public and is only accessible with trained docents so don't miss this unique opportunity!
We’ll begin with an opening circle and warm-up before tackling Bohemia’s steepest climbs together—we will be power hiking and motivating each other, but taking breaks along the way to learn about the trees and ecology. At the peak, we’ll flow through Animal Flow-inspired movements and yoga to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, set against the preserve’s stunning natural backdrop. We’ll end by hiking back down together, group reflection, and circle stretch to seal the journey.
