This advanced-level training focuses on the physical and psychological adaptations required for safe, effective performance in mountainous terrain.
Taught by an Army-trained Cavalry Scout (19D), this session is based on real military protocols for acclimatization, altitude training, and mountain operations β€” not gym theory.
