Trail Conditioning Day — Controlled Pace | All Levels
This is a full-day anchor session focused on building trail endurance, consistency, and presence over time — not speed.
We move at a controlled, steady pace with intentional breaks, terrain awareness, and group spacing. This is where we build real trail capacity — physical and mental.
Open to all levels. Newer hikers can scale distance and load. More experienced hikers can increase pack weight or focus on efficiency and movement discipline.
Expect varied terrain, extended time on trail, and a focus on staying grounded throughout the day.
This is not a rush. It’s a reset.
📍Locations rotate across NJ, PA, and NY based on group alignment.
