U.S. Memorial Day Ruck & Roll — Honoring the Fallen

This Memorial Day, McHugh Jiu Jitsu HQ will host its annual Ruck & Roll event in support of the WE DEFY Foundation and local families connected to service members who have fallen or passed.
Memorial Day is a day of remembrance.

It is not about sales, cookouts, or a long weekend.
It is a day to pause, honor, and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country — and to hold space for the families who still carry that loss.

This event brings people together through movement, support, and community.
We will ruck, train, and gather with respect for the day and the people it represents.

Jeff Beck will also be there.
