Description: This is a beach walk and ocean reset concept for verified members interested in coastal movement, light beach walking, shore time, and a lower-pressure outdoor day near Avalon / Stone Harbor.
This is not a public beach meetup and not an RSVP-driven event. The final plan depends on weather, travel range, member fit, parking, tides, heat, wind, and current group needs.
The goal is simple: fresh air, coastal movement, calm reset, and safe coordination.

## 🔒 How This Club Works
This is a private hiking club format — not an RSVP-driven event.
Meetup is used for visibility and outreach. Dates and times shown are promo placement slots and do not reflect final scheduling.
We do not build a fixed public calendar and ask people to squeeze in. We shape hikes, beach days, training sessions, and trail outings around members who complete the process, show up, and align.
To be considered for participation, members must complete:
• Hiking Club Verification Form
• Trail Energy + Travel Intake
• Brief Zoom check-in
• Event request for consideration
RSVPs on Meetup do not confirm placement, location, timing, or participation.
Final details are shared after forms, check-in, readiness review, and coordination are complete.

## 🌲 Final Note

We shape the day around members who complete the process, align, and fit the plan.
