Jacob's Landing Trail, Cambridge, ON.

Hello Hikers,
Jacob Hespeler was one of the first settlers in this area which this trail is named after and follows the Speed River. As we begin our walk along Sheffield Street crossing over Guelph Ave, we will reach the dam with a scenic view of old Hespeler over the mill pond, built by Jacob Hespeler for whom the town was named.
We will continue pass along the pond and will stop 1/2 way to return to our cars.
Please dress accordingly and boots are recommended for this hike.
Guest and friendly pets are welcome.
