Topic for our discussion:

Where does your best thinking happen?

People often curate their environment to produce undistracted internal clarity. For Carl Jung, it was at his stone tower in Lake Zurich, for Bill Gates—secluded cabin in the woods, for Monks—their monasteries.

For this hike, let’s brainstorm different ways that help us arrive to moments of clarity.

  • When and where does your realest thinking actually happen?
  • How much stake do you put in your environment for thinking clearly?
  • What kind of conditions should we avoid making a decision / doing work in?

The trail is 2.3 miles, over 700 ft of elevation, considered a moderate hike.

I will meet you by the entrance of the trail, wait for everybody, then begin hiking at 8:10am.
