If “pain” is part of the human experience…which “pain” is actually worth it?

• What’s the difference between pain that’s a worthwhile investment…vs pain that unnecessarily cost us quietly for years (sunk cost fallacy)?

This trail is 3.7 miles, out and back to San Ysidro creek. Considered a moderately challenging hike in over 1,000 ft of elevation.

I will meet you by the entrance, wait for everyone for 10 min, then begin our hike discussion.
