Deep thinkers hike

Topic for our discussion:
The truth about “falling behind”.
There’s a lingering feeling that we often carry. That somehow, we’re behind. Behind where we should be by now.
The pressure to conform to a timeline where we need to accomplish certain milestones (career, marriage, house, kids) can either resonate…or start to feel like a perpetual deception that’s been borrowed from parents, culture, society. When something starts to feel deceptive, or misaligned…we start questioning if it’s something we truly wanted in the first place.
- What do we gain from conforming to a societal timeline? And what are the costs?
- Where in your life do you feel like you're "behind" in?
- What does being on track in life mean for you?
The trail is 2.3 miles, over 700 ft of elevation, considered a moderate hike.
I will meet you by the entrance of the trail, wait for everybody, then begin hiking at 8:10am.
