Introduction to Outdoor Coaching

Meet in New Windsor at Schunnemunk State Park, at the Trestle Trailhead for a quick walk to the first outlook on this well-visited trail. We'll learn about outdoor coaching: What is it? How does it work? Why outdoors?
This is a short walk, just over 1/4 mile, with a bit of elevation, like climbing stairs. There is also an alternate, easier walk in the field to the top of a hill under the train trestle. Bring water, snacks, sun and bug protection.
