- You are responsible for your own level of fitness and be accustomed to regular exercise. We walk at a brisk pace. The hikes are along recognized hiking paths. Each person is responsible for his/her own safety during the excursion.

- Description of the hike/descripción de la excursión
- We will meet at L'Arboc train station at 10.10. There are direct trains from Barcelona and from Sitges to St Vicenc de Calders. Here change trains, just 2 stops on the train to Manresa. We will walk into the town of L'Arboc passing the beautiful building, La Giralda, with its impressive Arabic-style architecture. We'll start the route following the Camí del Pantà which will take us right to Castellet. This path only takes an hour and leads us to the huge reservoir, Panta de Foix. We'll walk up into Castellet, where we'll stop for lunch. There is a bar there where we can buy drinks. Then we'll continue up to the Castle on the hill and viewpoint of the reservoir. From here the views of the reservoir are quite breathtaking. We'll pick up the GR92 and start the hike to Vilanova. The path is initially steep but then opens onto a wide path. We'll pass through forests and vineyards.
- Nos encontraremos en la estación de tren de L'Arboc a las 10.10. Hay trenes directos desde Barcelona y desde Sitges es el tren a St Vicenc de Calders, luego 2 paradas en el tren a Manresa. Nos adentraremos en el pueblo de L'Arboc pasando por el hermoso edificio, La Giralda, con su impresionante arquitectura de estilo árabe. Después iniciaremos la ruta siguiendo el Camí del Pantà que nos llevará directamente a Castellet. Este camino dura solo una hora y nos lleva al enorme embalse, Panta de Foix. Subiremos andando hasta Castellet, donde haremos una parada para almorzar. Allí hay un bar donde podemos comprar bebidas. Luego continuaremos hasta el Castillo en la colina y mirador del embalse. Desde aquí las vistas del embalse son impresionantes. Recogeremos el GR92 e iniciaremos la marcha hasta Vilanova. El camino es inicialmente empinado, pero luego se abre a un camino ancho. Pasaremos por bosques y viñedos.
