Why do we choose the Matcha Mountain?
The mountain is located in the Eastern of Taiwan. (Yilan County)
In the past decade, the mountain has become very famous.
When you stand on the top of the mountain and look down,
it has beautiful light green forests.
The mountain is called 【Matcha Mountain】,
due to the beautiful colors and it looks really like matcha tea.
Becasue this reason, it attracts lots of hikers to get it.
■Difficulty level: So Hard
This hike is not suitable for beginner hikers.
So you'd beter have above average physical strength.
■Estimated time:
5 kilometers one way and 10 kilometers round trip.
Total hiking time is estimated to be 5-6 hours.
The height of Mount Matcha is about 950 meters.
■ Eddie's care:
Please bring enough water or sports drinks,
food such as bread or rice balls,
and wear the jacket.
(To avoid lower temperatures on the mountain in the noon.)

●Traffic:
We suggested that please take Express Train( i.g. Tzu Chiang自強號) no.212. It departures from Taipei Main Station at 08:51 AM.
Arrive in Jiaoxi Station at 10:14 AM. Then, we have to take 台灣好行 bus e.g. local bus on 10:45 AM to entrance of the matcha mountain around 15 mins.
