Crone Wood, Djouce and a little of the Wicklow Way

Hi folks, details as follows:

Start time: 10:00am
(This car park fills up quickly so we need to get there early)

Distance: 14km approx
Ascent: 600m
Duration: 5.5 hours including breaks

Terrain: Path, track
Gear: Weatherproof jacket and trousers, Hiking Boots

Meet at the Crone Wood car park, we will head up through the forest to Djouce, taking in a view of Powerscourt Waterfall. From Djouce we descend to Fox Rock and along the eastern base of Djouce.

This is not a guided hike. It is the responsibility of each participant to have a suitable level of fitness and appropriate equipment, this includes waterproof jacket, trousers and suitable mid layer.
(Note: For the hiking routes we take, only proper ankle-support hiking boots are suitable)

Please bring your own lunch/snacks and plenty of water.
