Glenmalure - Fraughan Rock Glen and Table Track
Details
Meeting at Baravore car park we will take the forest trails into Fraughan Rock Glen and proceed up by the river/waterfall. We will follow the track over Camenabologue and onto the top of Table Track. We then descend by Table Track back to car park.

Ascent: 700m
Time: 5 hours
The terrain above Fraugh Rock Glen and over to Camenabologue is very boggy in places.
