Join us for a powerful day in nature as we gather for a 8-mile Hiking + Meditation experience rooted in presence, connection, and intention.
We’ll begin with an Opening Circle promptly at 12:00 PM, setting the tone for our journey together. From there, we’ll move into a 2–3 hour hike with quiet, mindful conversation—keeping our awareness anchored in the natural world and the shared experience.
About halfway through, we’ll arrive at a beautiful natural setting where we’ll pause for a gently guided intentional group meditation, centered on this week’s theme: Peace and Love. Following meditation, we’ll share time for a meal in nature—please bring whatever nourishment you’d like to enjoy.
Afterward, we’ll continue with approximately one hour of quiet contemplation, allowing space for integration and reflection. We’ll then gather at a scenic location for photos, capturing the energy of the day before completing the hike.
We’ll close our hiking experience with group reflection and storytelling, sharing insights and moments from the trail. Throughout the hike, I’ll also offer teaching points on the local ecology and landscape, and I warmly invite participants to share their own awareness and knowledge as well.
We will complete the journey with a Closing Circle, honoring the experience we’ve co-created.
