Welcome Nature Lovers!
We are in-person outdoor enthusiast group hosting 1 and multi day outings in Zurich region and other off-beaten track places in Switzerland ( Ticino & Graubunden). Most of the events are suitable for beginners and those who already are into hiking but there are also lots of opportunities for suitable hikers.
This group organizers hiking, trekking, nature retreats and outdoor coaching. An important element of our hikes is mindfulness and nature connection practices based on japanese Shinrin Yoku. So after hiking with us, you will never hike the same way anymore.
In winter we love snowshoeing, Beginners welcome too!
I am a qualified Mountain Leader in Switzerland and i will make sure that you are safe when you are outdoors.

This time of the year is known as one of the most beautiful one in the Alps when nature becomes truly an artist.
This trek will be dedicated for coming back to your inner harmony- re-balancing and coming back to inner peace.
Nature connection, mindfulness and hiking will be used as support and inspiration for this. Every day we will hike, learn and practice new mindfulness technique and share with like minded group of human beings.
Activities of the 3 day trek:
• Hiking in Aletch Arena, including sights to the glacier
• Forest & Nature Therapy Walks (Shinrin Yoku) in a secret forest
• Mindful walking
• Local high quality food & private rooms w private bathrooms
Our trek basis is Bettmeralp- an alpine village- we will stay in an authentic historical hotel which due to it's deco and natural surroundings feels like Home. And is more than 100 years old. The feel of time in a high quality setting. A feeling of mountains even when you are in your room.
Aletch Arena is a resourceful place for human beings in search of inspiration, relaxation and communing with nature. Majestic summits seem to embrace the surrounding villages nestled in larch forests. Tumbling streams and tranquil lakes add the finishing touches to this idyllic décor. The village is situated in an idyllic setting surrounded by majestic summits and with a panoramic view of the Löetschental Valley. The region is quickly and easily accessible but, at the same time, is also far from stress and noise.
We will Hike in the magical atmosphere of the Aletsch Forest, located in the Aletsch Arena in Valais, Switzerland. Hiking here will give you a glimpse of the old ecosystem, home to centuries-old Swiss stone pines, which create a fairy-tale-like setting. Some of these pines are as old as 1000 years. In the Aletsch Forest, a 400-hectare Pro Natura nature reserve since 1933, you can also find impressive spruces and larches.
