Itinerary (overview)

  • Meet at Naples Bus Station (if traveling by public transport) or at Agerola, Bomerano
  • Bathroom / coffee stop in Bomerano; safety briefing and route overview
    2. Hike: Bomerano β†’ Nocelle (Positano)
  • Scenic walking with short breaks + a longer lunch break (bring a packed lunch)
    3. Positano
  • Time for coffee, photos and a bit of sightseeing in Positano
    4. Return
  • Ferry from Positano to Naples
  • (If applicable) train from Naples toward Rome β€” participants arrange onward transport

Essential info & safety
- You must already be in Naples to participate β€” we highly recommend arriving the evening before the hike.
- Please contact us before booking so we can help with logistics (meeting points, ferry/train times, and any questions).
- The trail has exposed stretches and steep drops with no guardrails. If you have vertigo or are uncomfortable with heights, this route is not suitable.
- This is a professional guided activity in compliance with EU regulation and Italian law no. 4/2003. Your guide is registered with the Italian Association of Interpretive Nature Guides (AIGAE).

Recommended packing list
- Sturdy hiking shoes or boots
- 2–3 liters of water + water bottle refill option
- Packed lunch and snacks
- Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
- Layered clothing and a light wind/rain jacket
- Small daypack, personal ID and some cash
- Optional: hiking poles, swimwear if you want to dip in Positano
