CSX (ACL) Train Bridge via Pump House Park Trail (& Back)

Details
The main event is to walk down to the train tracks and get pictures of the train bridge from various perspectives. The trail to get there is through the Pump House Park, so we will start at the pump house and take photographs of this beautiful building for about 1/2 hour and then head down the trail to the train tracks to get our photos of the train bridge.
The Friends of the Pump House conducts tours on the second Saturday of the month between 1pm and 3pm. This also falls on this date and I will confirm a few days prior that they are holding the tours in case anyone wants to go on that while we are there. It will be an hour after the end of this event but there are plenty of things to photograph while you wait! Please note this is not part of the event, it's just additional information about the venue if you're interested.
A few reminders:
- Wear sturdy shoes that you don't mind getting dirty
- Bring your camera (if you don't have one your phone will do)
- Bring a monopod for slow shutter speeds to slow down time and get silky water effects. Also works great as a walking stick.
- If you don't have a monopod, bring a hiking pole (I will bring extras if you don't have one), as the walk down the train tracks can be tricky.
- Remember to charge your batteries & check your SD card.
- The terrain is tricky in spots but we will go slow. If you have a physical disability that makes this kind of thing challenging it might be best if you opt out. Contact me if you're unsure and we can talk about options.
