Annual Holiday Dinner and After Party - Don Cucos

Please join us for the Hiking Plus Annual Holiday Dinner and After Party.

This is a sit down dinner with our Hiking Plus friends. Everybody initially goes on the waiting list.

I have arranged to order from the menu, and have individual checks (or small groups).

Please be prepared to pay in CASH.

Since this is a reservation event with limited seating for 40 in a special area, we must set some limits on who may attend the DINNER portion of the event:

• You must have hiked with us at least 5 times as of this writing, in the past 6 months.
• You must not have cancelled a reservation event within 1 week of the event, or been a no-show for a reservation event.

The host may make some exceptions as the date approaches, and may require a cash deposit.

There will be multiple tables with open seating, so please be kind if you don't get to sit with your favorite fellows. If you remain on the waiting list on the day of the event, or you just want to come for dessert, you may try to make your own reservation, or join us in the back room area for drinks at about 7:30 pm, if space is available.

Don Cuco's is open until 10p, and there may be an after-after BYOB party at a member's house nearby, to be determined that evening.

Please be courteous and not sign up if you aren’t sure you can attend, and cancel if you decide you can't attend.

If the room fills to capacity, and additional space is available, we'll be sure to reserve it if possible.
