☀️💅🏽🌵 Cameras, (sun)light, and sandy action! Let's serve C*NT at Kootwijkerzand, known as the Dutch Sahara 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🏜️

Explore the shifting sands of Kootwijkerzand — the largest sand drift in Western Europe and a surreal hiker’s paradise. Wander through its desert-like dunes and the dense forests surrounding them to discover this photogenic place! We'll also climb a watching tower which offers a beautiful view over the Veluwe.

🥾 Distance: 10 km (approximately 3 hours including a lunch break)

🤝🏼 Meeting point: Utrecht Centraal (underneath the light cloud)
🕙 Gathering time: 11:15
🚆 Travel schedule: train towards Ede-Wageningen (direction Nijmegen) at 11:39 (platform 19) ➡️ arrival at Ede-Wageningen station at 12:03 ➡️ bus 107 (direction Putten) at 12:17 ➡️ arrival in bus stop Harskamp, Hoog Buurloseweg at 12:40
(you can also travel on your own from another direction and meet us in Ede/Harskamp)

🚗 If you come by car, you can park at Parkeerplaats hondenlosloopbos Harskamp (Google Maps)

🚶🏾After a round of introductions, we start walking around 12:45

🏁 We return to the same bus stop, from where we catch bus 107 back to Ede-Wageningen station. Please keep in mind that the bus only goes once an hour, and we probably will be back in Utrecht at either 17 or 18. For those who are eager, we can have drinks in Ede or Utrecht before returning home.
