What we’re about

Would you like to be on the move rather than sitting around in a room? Join this group that provides informal support to young adults as we hike together through grief.

Hiking Through Grief allows adults and their allies to come together to support each other, at whatever point in the healing process you are at. All are welcome whether your friend or family member passed away a week, a month, a year ago, or during your childhood. In this group, you know everyone gets it.

Our hikes are meant to be casual, simple, fun and relaxing; just a group of people who can relate to each other, connect, build supportive relationships, and share in a relevant healing experience. Hike routes, pace, and duration will vary, so please check Meetup for future hike locations and meeting times. Typically, we will break halfway through for a break, so feel free to bring a lunch or a snack.
