I’m excited to say Hiking Through Grief is back!
After a bout of plantar fasciitis took me off the trails for a while, I’m finally ready to get back out there, and I would love for you to join me.
September’s Hiking Through Grief hike will be at Schoolhouse Gulch and 396 Trail Loop in the Prescott area
Please sign up if you plan to join us so I know who to expect and who to wait for before we head out.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can gather, say hello, and begin hiking on time.
Bring:
Plenty of water
Sunscreen and sun protection
Comfortable hiking shoes
I’ve missed these mornings and I’m really looking forward to getting back on the trail and spending the morning in nature, connection, and movement together
