What we’re about
This group is for people who enjoy hiking with their dog. Owners and dogs must be experienced hikers. Hikes will generally be 2-3 hours on Saturday or Sunday mornings with limited attendance.
Hikers participating must comply with the following rules:
- Only one dog allowed per person.
- Dogs must be kept on a 6 foot leash at all times (No retractable leashes).
- Dogs must be well behaved and under the control of their owner.
- Dog owners are solely responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused by their dog or to their dog, and accept all risks associated with participating in this group's activities.
Important Note: If your dog is aggressive, highly reactive, not socialized, or interprets barking as a threat and responds viciously, this is not the right group for you. Dogs should enjoy being around other dogs, and owners should understand basic dog behavior and socialization.
