Head out on this 5.5-mile loop trail near New Almaden, California. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 35 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. Almaden Quicksilver County Park includes over 37 miles of hiking trails, including 30 miles of equestrian trails and 16.6 miles of bike trails.
