Please 🙏🥺 read very carefully and pay attention to details.

Event is advertised on 3 different meetup groups. So more faces will sign up from other meetup groups too. However we will only select the individuals who are committed and serious about participating.

Schedule and plan

The exact plan and meeting point is only shared after a deposit payment is made to secure a spot.

Meeting point: Central London.

Friday evening at 5:00 pm sharp we depart London by car from the meeting point. We arrive at the campsite between 11-12 pm and we will set up the tents fast and get some sleep.

On Saturday about 7 hours of Hiking time involved. With breaks added make that 8-9 hours.

On Sunday about 5 to 6 hours of Hiking involved.
Collect tents from campsite. Then drive back to London.

Anyone who has a car and is driving to this event or can drive to this event please contact the host on WhatsApp on the below mentioned WhatsApp number. Will pay you compensation for fuel spent.

** If You bring your own camping equipment you will get discount. If you don't have purchase from decathlon or sports direct.**

If you need the organiser to provide you with Camping equipment then extra additional costs will be involved.

We can provide you with Camping equipment for a rental fee.

Ask the host for advice and recommendations about what you need and a List of equipment you need will be provided via whatsApp group.

** 30 liter rucksack minimum needed for this hike. And one handheld plastic bag with spare socks and clothes.**

You should only bring one small rucksack and one small plastic bag with additional things like extra socks or clothes. No luggages or suitcases allowed.

No slippers or towel please. We are only there for 2 nights Friday and Saturday night. Sunday night we are back in London.

Don't forget to bring your own medication if you have any.

If you have your own transport then you don't need to contribute to transport.

Transport

1 car and driver is secured now. I am still Looking for that second driver.

Contact the host last minute may result in you being Denied participation. As the host can only accommodate a Max number of 8 participants. You have been warned. Don't come crying 😭 to me if you are denied participation because you contacted me last minute.

The host organiser is qualified and experienced mountain leader with years of experience in leading hikes. Your host is First aid trained and qualified and will bring a first aid kit along.

Costs:

Estimated to be £265 at this point. That covers transportation costs and food and all other costs such as logistical support and campsite rental costs plus food and fire. Campfire will be guaranteed at least for 1 night.

To ensure you are committed and not going to pull out from the event last minute and waste my time. A deposit payment is required to secure a spot. We have to take a deposit payment to avoid time wasters.
