Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens plus McKaig Nature Center

2-2.5 hours, 4-7 miles, Jenkins Arboretum is a hilly arboretum set in a natural environment. We visit this time of year because the flora include many types of azaleas, rhododendrons, and mountain laurels. Staff is very nice. One of the larger free arboretums. Afterwards well drive 9 min to McKaig Nature Center which has several miles of nice trails.
CARPOOLING
To carpool from Hill House (201 W Evergreen Ave, Phila) meet 45 minutes before the event. Carpool time changes if hike time changes. Text me 215-2474459, 3-4 days in advance. Chip in for gas and tolls.
