Glencairn Castle, now an antiquities museum, and Bryn Athyn Cathedral are some of the nicest architecture in the Philadelphia area. No expense was spared. These are world class structures. We'll walk the grounds, adore the architecture and gardens and explore the nearby areas which include many interesting buildings. We also explore Bryn Athyn College which is right across the street.

Glencairn Castle is one of the 100 largest houses in the country. #73 on the Wikipedia list. It's the former home of Pitcairn family. In 1979 after the death of Margaret Pitcairn the castle became an antiquities museum: it makes the Cloisters in NYC look 2nd rate..
