Prepárate para una de las rutas de senderismo más emblemáticas del Parque Natural de Peñalara 🥾✨

El Camino de la Angostura es una ruta impresionante que desciende desde el Puerto de Cotos hasta Rascafría, siguiendo el hermoso curso del río a través de bosques, montañas y paisajes impresionantes 🌲⛰️

¿Sabías que...? 🤓

El río Lozoya se llama en realidad «Angostura» desde su nacimiento hasta el Puente del Perdón 🏞️

En ese punto, se une al río Aguilón y pasa a llamarse oficialmente Lozoya. ¡Una fascinante mezcla de geografía e historia!

Por el camino, pasaremos por lugares increíbles como:

🏠 El refugio de Pingarrón
💦 La presa de Pradillo con su emblemática cascada
⚡ Una antigua central hidroeléctrica con sus tuberías originales

Esta ruta no es solo naturaleza, sino también un viaje por el pasado de la región.

Comenzaremos en el Puerto de Cotos, caminaremos hacia el Refugio de Pingarrón, cruzaremos el arroyo de Guarramillas y continuaremos con vistas a Valdesquí antes de llegar a Rascafría 🌄

Get ready for one of the most iconic hikes in Peñalara Natural Park 🥾✨

The Camino de la Angostura is a stunning route that descends from Puerto de Cotos to Rascafría, following the beautiful course of the river through forests, mountains, and breathtaking landscapes 🌲⛰️

The Lozoya River is actually called “Angostura” from its source until the Puente del Perdón 🏞️

At that point, it joins the Aguilón River and officially becomes the Lozoya. A fascinating mix of geography and history!
