Kayak & Yacht in Cheung Sha

According to thunderstorm weather coverage and location,

all in water activities ie swimming, snorkelling, kayak, and speedboat activities will be suspended.

Yacht & lunch will go ahead. Please feel free to make your own decision.

We're kayaking, snorkelling around Cheung Sha to enjoy the summer on water!

Wear:

• Sunscreen
• Long sleeves and pants with UV protection
• Swimwear
• Hat
• Sun glasses
• Water shoes
• Gloves

Bring:

• Drinking water (at least 2L)
• Lunch (🍱 food that won't spoil easily)
• Mosquito repellent
• Waterproof bag for phone
• Waterproof bag to bring your phone or other things with you on the kayak
• Swimming googles or mask and snorkel if you want to snorkel
• Towel
• Dry clothes/shoes to change after the trip
• Cash/money if you want to dine in Cheung Sha kiosk

Itinerary
9:10am: yacht from Central Public Pier to Cheung Sha.

10:30am-12:30pm

12:30-1:30pm: lunch
For those yacht lunch, you can enjoy a light meal onboard. Otherwise, please bring your own lunch or find your options in Cheung Sha.

1:30pm-3pm

3pm: Return kayaks, get changed
4pm: Cheung Sha to Central Piers
5pm: at Central Public Piers by yacht

Kayak (bring your own lunch) in Long Coast Sea sports Cheung Sha:
$350 for whole day single kayak
$480 for whole day double kayak
(includes $100 refundable deposit)

Kayak, Yacht & lunch: $560

Kayak, Yacht, lunch & speedboat activities: $600

Weather policy
Your safety is our priority. This event will be rescheduled when the following is expected to be or is hoisted within 2 hours of event start time:

• Thunderstorm signal
• Wind force level 3 or above (19km/h or above)
• Typhoon 3 or above
• Red rainstorm warning or above

Disclaimer

• By joining the event, all participants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
• All participants shall exonerate event leaders, organisers, and any other event participants from any liabilities and claims. These include but are not limited to liabilities and claims as a result of any injuries or deaths or damages arising out of negligence or error of judgement by event organisers or hosts.
• Participants joining sports are of their own choosing and at their own risk.
• If participants prefer, they can purchase their own insurance and in the unlikely case of accidents occurring, they may handle insurance claims directly with the insurance provider
• All events are self-guided and participants may join and/or leave anytime based on their own preference
• The host / organiser shall bear the right to make the final decision at any moment regarding any and all aspects of the event
• Be punctual! The host / organiser will only wait for latecomers for maximum 10 minutes after meet-up time!
• No shows will be recorded. Habitual no shows will be removed from the group. (3 strikes = out)
