Do you like games AND walking outside? If so, join my very first team of 6 for the Oz Escape, An interactive La Jolla, San Diego, Experience that is played on the streets of town. The theme is: *The* *Wizard of Oz.*

The starting point is given to us by the company Questo two weeks before the event, so I do not even have that at this point. It is in La Jolla. I do know there is walking and lots of puzzles involved. Probably some (a lot of) silliness. From what I can tell, we receive what we need for the walking game via phone.

Costumes are encouraged. They do not need to be elaborate, and they can be homemade. I ordered mine!! I'd like to stop by a nearby casual eatery after the game for brunch/lunch.

**Time for the Oz Escape:** 10-12 ish. That means a few hours of walking and standing.
**Lunch**: 12-2 ish (Times are only estimates. If you do not have the morning and early afternoon to devote to the team, this particular event may not be for you.)
**What is involved:** Walking and puzzles/costumes. Lunch.

**Price:** your part of a team of 6 is $6.66. Please Venmo me your payment of $6.66 to *@Kim-Bloir* to get off the waitlist and hold your spot. (Lunch costs are not included. Please bring cash for lunch.) Once you see six members, you may hold off on payments unless someone drops off.

PARTICIPANTS: This is a ladies only group. No pets, children, or others hike with us. If a friend would like to join us on a hike, they must join the group. New members are always welcome!

YOUR CAPABILITIES: Read the entire hike description carefully. Know your limits. Sign up only if you feel the hike is doable as-described and bring all recommended materials and equipment. If you do not bring water or recommended equipment, you may not be able to continue on the hike, at the organizer’s discretion.

YOUR RSVP: Take your RSVP seriously. Don't sign up for double events! If you do, you risk being moved to a waitlist. If you need to cancel, do so ASAP to make room for others and to aid the organizer. No Shows or those who cancel after the RSVP is closed, without direct contact to the organizer, risk being blocked from other hikes, at the organizer’s discretion.

COMMENTS SECTION: Please be kind and respectful to the organizers and other members. Keep your remarks related to the hike, such as arranging to carpool, asking for clarification, explaining change of RSVP, etc. If you have any other concerns, please contact the organizer directly.

LEAVING THE GROUP DURING A HIKE: If you must leave the hike early due to emergency, please alert the organizer. Let the organizer know when you’ve completed the hike. If you leave the group/hike without notifying the organizer, you risk being blocked from future hikes.
