Delightful Run for Women

I'm hoping there are some women that would like to trade their hiking boots for running shoes for a good cause.

I have put together a team (team name is Hiking Mates). (You will be offered the option of joining a team when you register). There is a $38 registration fee that you will be responsible for when signing up.

The 47th annual Delightful Run for Women (fka Freihofers Run for Women) race supports three area nonprofits: Girls on the Run Capital Region, The United Way of the Greater Capital Region, and the Albany Medical Center Foundation.

This is a 5K run (you can walk if you don't care to run) for women only (men are not allowed to run this race but can come & cheer for the runners!)
