Discover this 7.7-mile out-and-back trail near Sabael, New York. Generally considered a challenging route.
This hike begins with about two miles of hiking with little elevation gain before the trail steepens heading towards the summit. At the summit, there is a fire tower you can climb and look out from the cab. There are a few creek crossings along the way, some have small bridges over them while others involve rock hopping or steeping in the water

Drive: 1hr 45min
TH 9:30am: Snowy Mountain Trailhead 4476 NY-30, Indian Lake, NY 12842
Hike: 5-6hrs (2:30ish)
Drive Back: 2:30-4:30pm
