MEET AT 615pm HIKE Starts 630pm.

Ok for beginners if you are fit to hike 4+- miles over rolling terrain, some of which may be after dark

This will be 4+- miles and 2+-hours over rolling terrain. Open and wooded areas. We will meet at Trailhead #6 for Kaikout Kill Barrens. It is on the south side of Washington Ave Ext. and east of New Karner Rd (Rte 155) where the two roads intersect. From New Karner Rd, go east on Washington Avenue and take your first right turn, then immediate right on dirt road down to trailhead. The location map depicted here is accurate. Wear appropriate hiking gear and boots. Bring headlamp/flashlight, water, snacks, bugspray. Check yourself for ticks after the hike. No dogs please.
