“Avoid the Heat”Pine Bush Discovery Center- Evening 3 miler Beginner Hike

Meet at Pine Bush Discovery Center 195 New Karner Rd, Albany at 730pm, Hike starts at 745pm.3 mile loop hike on blue and yellow trails behind the Discovery Center. Hike should finish about 915pm.

You should be doing regular aerobic exercise to participate. A portion of the hike may be after dark. Dress for the weather and wear hiking boots.Also bring headlamp/flashlight, plenty of water,snacks, bugspray (ticks). No dogs please.Rain postpones the hike. *By attending you agree that you alone are responsible for yourself and are hiking at your own risk.* Please have Emergency contact information on a card in your pocket or outer pocket of your pack .
