** Hunting season wear bright outer layer and/or hat, preferably orange color**

Meet at Pine Bush Discovery Center 195 New Karner Rd, Albany at 1030 am Hike starts at 1045am.3 mile loop hike on blue and yellow trails behind the Discovery Center.

You should be doing regular aerobic exercise to participate. Dress for the weather and wear hiking boots.Also bring plenty of water,snacks, bugspray (ticks). No dogs please.Rain postpones the hike. *By attending you agree that you alone are responsible for yourself and are hiking at your own risk.* Please have Emergency contact information on a card in your pocket or outer pocket of your pack .
