Valley of Fire State Park & Mojave National Preserve Hiking-Camping

We will hiking and camping at these two desert parks in NV and CA border with NV Valley of Fire State Park (https://www.meetup.com/HikingOC/events/227506287/) and Mojave National Preserve (https://www.meetup.com/HikingOC/events/227506534/)

Schedule: Mar. 25 to Mar 27, 2016 (3 days and 2 nights).

Itinerary: tentative, depends on weather.

1. Day 1 (Fri/Mar 25): leave OC then meet at the campground.
2. Day 2 (Sat/Mar 26): hiking Valley of Fire State Park (https://www.meetup.com/HikingOC/events/229728508/?)
3. Day 3 (Sun/Mar 27): driving back stopping by Kelso Dunes and Hole in the Wall Mojave Desert (https://www.meetup.com/HikingOC/events/229728742/).

Activities:

Hiking and Sightseeing. We will walk almost every day from 5 to 10 miles depends on the groups, hiking levels and location.

Estimate Cost: about $70 - $100 camping fees & transportation, but excluding meals. It'll be higher if lodging.

1. Camping or Lodging: 2 nights in Mesquite.
2. Transportation: for 3-4 persons.
