ADVANCE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION:

***Plan your own and only join us to hike, $20 (non-refundable consulting fee). Contact the host directly for more info.

Estimate Cost: $100+/200+ for 2 nights camping/double occupancy lodging, transportation, coordinating fee, entrance fees

  1. Advance Deposit due by Mar 31, 2017. (Add 10% to deposit amount if send by April 5, 2017)

***Lodging: $150 (non-refundable deposit)

***Camping: $25 (non-refundable deposit)

2. The following policies apply when making a cancellation:

***After putting down deposit, it is non-refundable

***1 week prior to the trip: 100% of the total estimate trip amount is subject to forfeiture

  1. Lodging: hotel rooms and/or house: double occupancy (triple or 4 per/room or single occupancy TBD)
  2. Transportation: carpool 3-4 persons on a sedan/SUV 4 doors or 5/6 in a van

The following EXCLUDING expenses: Meals/other activities/some park entrance fees: ($30+) depends on your budget.

2017 Tentative Schedule: April 28 - April 30 (3 days and 2 nights).

Itinerary: tentative, depends on weather.

3. Day 3 (Sun/April 30): some more hiking Valley of Fire and driving back.

GENERAL RATING/DIFFICULTY: Level 2: moderate, pace, distance, elevation and exploratory. Click RATING TABLE (http://files.meetup.com/1554500/RATING%20TABLE.pdf) to learn more about hike levels.

Activities:

Hiking and Sightseeing. (will walk almost every day from 5 to 10 miles depends on the groups, hiking levels and location.

Camping gear: tent, sleeping bag and food
