HikingOC Annual Trip-Winter Wonderland in Sedona, AZ
Schedule: Jan 16-19, 2024 (4 days/3 nights)

ESTIMATE COST, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES:
***Plan your own and only join us to hike, $150 (non-refundable coordinating fee). Contact the host directly for more info.
***Estimate Trip Cost: lodging, transportation, coordinating fee, but excluding meals: varies depending on lodging arrangement. It will be from $550+ double occupancy, $250+ if single occupancy)
ADVANCE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION:
- Advance Deposit due by Dec 12, 2024. Add 10% to deposit amount if send after the due date and available spaces). It is non-refundable deposit $400
- The following policies apply when making a cancellation:
***After putting down deposit, it is non-refundable
***2 weeks prior to the trip: 100% of the total estimate trip amount is subject to forfeiture
