Labor Day Special!
TENTATIVE! Walnut Canyon Reservoir is nice with pave walk and great spots for yoga with the lake view and snow cap mountains (no snow these days. It was back in January-March). It is above Oak Canyon Nature Center, that is a beautiful place with short trails that is perfectly for this hike and yoga event. Only RSVP if you mean to attend. Thanks
Meeting TIME: 9 AM
General Rating/Difficulty: Level 1+/2 for distance, elevation and pace.

ABOUT THE HIKE: About 2- 3 miles RT and 30 minutes to 1 hour basic yoga/qigong for new/beginners or if you are regularly practiced, join us to practice together, so it will take about 1 to 3 hours.
Most trails are shading under the oaks at Oak Canyon. There is a trail along the creek, beautiful and serenity.

Consisting of three adjoining canyons, four miles of hiking trails traverse one of the few remaining areas of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub in our region. Native wildlife makes the canyon their home and is just waiting to be discovered. Also located on site is the John J.
