Mcgee Creek trail to Horsetail Creek/ level 2

Details
The McGee Creek trail is praised for its stunning scenery. We will hike to the gushing river and turn around there as it’s too difficult to cross. We eventually cross into the John Muir wilderness as the trail parallels McGee creek. The scenery is stunning. Figure about 3 1/2 -4 miles and 850 feet gain.
You can turn around anytime you’d like but try to stay with another hiker as then you will be on your own. NO LEADER OR SWEEP ON THIS HIKE.
As a bonus anyone who would wants to head right home on Friday and skip convict lake can also do that hike on the way back to June lake on your own. Here’s the information.
