Whiting Ranch Conditioning Hike – Level 2 the heat with an early start! Morning conditioning loop hike connecting several trails including Serrano Creek Trail, up Dreaded Hill to Four Corners, down via Cactus Hill and Sleepy Hollow, up Line Shack and returning to Serrano Creek trail. Distance: 5.6 miles, gain of 770 feet. Bring adequate water (1-2 liters minimum recommended), hiking shoes/boots with good tread, hat and a snack. Hiking poles are helpful on some sections. We will stay together as a group, and take a short break at Four Corners. End time is approximate, depending on group's pace.
